Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or we will post a credit to your account if the return is a result of our error (you received the incorrect item).
You should expect to receive your refund from Taj within one week (your banks processing time is not included but most credits post within 5 days or less). If you choose a credit it will post to your account Taj Ma-Hound account within 24 hours.

Shipping for Retail Customers - Once your order is placed items will be shipped within two business days. If you are ordering an item such as a cake we will base our shipping date on your requested due date. If that date falls on a Monday we will have it to you by the Saturday prior to that date since Fed Ex does not deliver on Sunday and we want to make sure you have your items a day before they are requested. This allows for leeway just in case Fed Ex misses their due date. Again we want to be sure you have your items for your dogs special day.
Shipping for Wholesale Customers - Our shipping turn around time varies throughout the year. The current turn around time we strive for is approximately 3-4 weeks. RUSH SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR 20% OF THE VALUE OF YOUR ORDER.
We package all or our products very carefully in bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to prevent breakage. In the hotter months we ship with ice packs to withstand heat. Should something arrive broken please provide a photograph so that we may file a claim with our shipping carrier. We will then either issue a refund or issue a credit towards a future order in the amount of a full credit placed in your online shopping cart.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the standard Fed Ex Ground delivery time. All orders are shipped via Fed Ex. Tracking information is provided via email when your order ships.
Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
